OH SO SOCIAL: Technology Class Workin’ It, Web Style! If one of your new years' resolutions is to figure out how all of this cell phone/Facebook/social media stuff works, this workshop series is for you! Led by local blogger and social media coach Nicole Lyons of AllAboutDarien.com, the series will teach you how to use popular web applications to streamline your social life, market your school bake sale or not-for-profit event, share your hobby, get a new job or even start a business online!

- Week 3: LinkedIn
- Week 4: Twitter
- Week 5: Cell Phone Training, Additional Apps (Skype), etc
The course will take place in the Technology Training Center at the YWCA and includes access to an online training site where you can ask and answer questions, share tips and discoveries with classmates, and refer back to course materials at any time during and after the course. Nicole was recognized for her business leadership as one of Fairfield County Business Journal’s 2009 “40 Under 40", and is an active participant in the Darien Chamber of Commerce while also volunteering her time to local not-for-profits, helping them re-vamp their web presence.
