Director since 2007
Nancy Coughlin has been a member of the YWCA since 1999 and a director since 2007. She serves as the Advocacy Point Person, working with the Board to identify and establish advocacy issues of priority to the organization, and acts as a liaison to the New England Regional Council of YWCAs with regard to carrying out those advocacy priorities. She is chair of the Push-n-Pull Parade Committee, a role she has held since co-founding the event in 2005, and serves on the Program Committee. Ms. Coughlin worked for many years at a shelter for battered women and their children before practicing employment and civil litigation at Baker & McKenzie in NYC. She is currently an at-home mom to four children and actively involved in the Royle School PTO. She holds a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a BA from the University of New Hampshire.
