Open to women who are new to the community or to the YWCA, the Newcomers Club is designed to help you quickly get settled and feel at home in your new community and make new friends through activities such as wine and cheese evenings and informal playgroups in the park. Membership in the Newcomers Club is limited to 3 years; continue your favorite activities after that as a general member.
If you are joining the YWCA for the first time, or are renewing your membership and have been a Newcomer for less than 3 years, please select the "Newcomers Club" option on the membership form. Not sure if you are still a Newcomer? Please contact the YWCA Darien/Norwalk office at (203) 655-2535.

Membership fees are 100% tax deductible. Please let us know if your company has a matching gifts program.
Because we are a 501(c)3 organization, memberships and club fees are non-refundable.
*Open to all YWCA members with international backgrounds or interests, the International Club sponsors social and educational gatherings which provide cross-cultural experiences, and supports the unique needs of women who are coming or returning to the USA. International Club membership is open to all YWCA members for an additional fee of just $10 annually.
