YWCA Darien/Norwalk Invites Community to Nominate Women of Distinction
DARIEN, CT – January 12, 2012 – The YWCA Darien/Norwalk invites the community to submit nominations for the 3rd Annual Women of Distinction Awards to be held May 10, 2012 at Woodway Country Club in Darien. Nominations will be accepted until Monday, February 13th. Nomination forms are available at www.ywcadariennorwalk.org or by visiting the YWCA Darien/Norwalk at 49 Old Kings Highway North in Darien.
Who is a Woman of Distinction? Consider the many women in Darien and Norwalk who have inspired others with their work to improve our local, national or global community. They think outside of the box and break down barriers. They are our mothers, grandmothers, wives, friends and daughters. They set an example for our daughters, granddaughters and ourselves.
