Pender-Keady Irish Dancing |
(YWCA membership NOT required)
The Pender-Keady Academy is home to many regional, national and World championship level dancers, under the direction of Erin Pender-Levine (formerly of Riverdance) and Kathleen Keady (formerly of Lord of the Dance and Riverdance). Children will learn form, coordination, rhythm, and get an introduction to this traditional dance. Pender-Keady prides themselves on their friendly and supportive atmosphere where children can gain confidence through performing and competing . . . or just dance for the love of it!
The YWCA is pleased to offer three classes at our location:
Tuesdays 4:00-4:45pm, beginner level 1
Wednesdays 4:00-4:45 pm, beginner level II
Wednesday 4:45-5:30 pm, beginner level I
Children must be at least 5 years old to participate. Class maximum is 10 children.
Registration is underway; Classes begin January 5, 2010.
