Toddler Time
- Substitute Teacher positions available
General Office
- Assist with membership mailings: June, August, September, November
- Organize scrapbooks and photo albums
- Prepare informational packets for Toddler Time & Better Beginnings, including copying and collating
- Assist in occasional “spring cleaning”; Next one to be held in Fall 2010
- Gardening and general maintenance of the building and grounds
Special Events
- Help plan the following events: Christmas Boutique, House Tour, Spring Benefit Dinner Dance, Women of Distinction Luncheon, Push-n-Pull Parade, Cookies for a Cause
- Solicit sponsorship/advertisers, coordinate volunteers, manage live and silent auctions, research and secure speakers, entertainers and other vendors
- Organize raffles and sell tickets
