Director since 2011
Deborah Papaeconomou joined the YWCA Darien/Norwalk in 1998 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011. Mrs. Papaeconomou is a Senior Vice President and Regulatory Risk Senior Manager at Citigroup and the proud parent of a DHS freshman and a Royle fourth-grader. She holds an MA in English from NYU and a BA from the University of Texas, Austin. In addition to her volunteer work with the YWCA, she is a sustaining member of the New York Junior League, where she has served as a volunteer since 1993. In her spare time, she enjoys working in the Cherry Lawn Community Garden with her family.
